The Course uses Real Chocolate or Couverture which needs special skills in handling, use in applications and making chocolate confectionary. You also learn how to store to keep it in prime condition, the proper working environment, hygiene, safety procedures and correct usage and care professional equipment.
You learn how to prepare chocolate for use to make chocolate tablets, bars and ensure the look as good as they taste. You learn how to make hollow figures. The skills of dipping, enrobing, rolling truffle, piping mendiants, making Roches and simple decorations. And you it all yourself under the supervision of our chefs.
And the best thing, you take home all the chocolate you make to show off and share with your family and friends.

One-Day TULIP Chocolate Course
MAKE, BAKE AND LEARN
This course deals in Compound Chocolate: the most commonly used form of chocolate, in home baking, small and medium size pastry and snack industries, and even by manufacturers. You learn how to identify the most suitable chocolate for your needs and how to make you finish product look great and appetizing.
You learn how to prepare the Compound chocolate for use and go on to make Roti Manis (Sweet Buns) with chocolate filling. A Swiss Roulade, baking and finishing a chocolate cake and end the day with learning to make simple decorations for the finale to your creations. You take home all you make to show off and share with your family and friends.
