Educated in Chocolate and French pastry at the Le Notre and Bellout Consell France, Louis is an Internationally renowned specialty chocolate chef with global experience. He has been guest chef and lecturer at several of the leading culinary academies in Asia Pacific

An observer of trends, author and acclaimed chocolate connoisseur he is also Secretary General of the Indonesian Pastry Alliance and Consultant to the Government of Indonesia in developing Chocolate and Cocoa in Indonesia.

In addition he is responsible for developing the business of brand leader, Embassy of Chocolate internationally.

Now you have an unique opportunity to work hands-on with him to develop some his own original chocolate pastry signature recipes.

This intensive course is part demo and past hands-on as you watch and work with a Master using quality ingredients and premium couverture chocolate from the EMBASSY range. You are guided through every step to create these 4 unique masterpieces; the Chef's Signature recipes.

You will be working in our modern kitchen using professional tools and equipment. You can expect personal guidance from The chef Louis himself and two assisting chefs.
