THE MORNING CLASS

If your time is short, this class by our Chef Nanang gives you an intensive introduction to Chocolate skills in 3 plus hours.

Chef Nanang will explain the difference between real chocolate and compound, show you how temper chocolate (an important step to take when you start to work with real chocolate) before you go into the kitchen and work hands on making two types of chocolate bars and pralines with ganache centers.

He and his assistants will show you how to decorate your bars and pralines-giving them a very professional finish.
