You have learned how to make chocolate. And now perhaps you are thinking of starting a business. Before you do, perhaps it will be best to get top of the class marketing tips and advice from the experts:
Nugroho Nurarifin, Creative Director McCann Worldgroup. With 12 years of experience behind him Nugroho Nurarifin works alongside his strategic, digital, and business partners to create breakthrough campaigns for L'Oreal Paris, Maybelline New York, Nestle, and Wyeth. His work has been acknowledged in major award shows including Cannes Lions. He is also the author of two critically acclaimed novels: Bidik! and So Real/Surreal.

You also get great advice from an insider Gevin Indra. A graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School, Montreux, Switzerland. He spend several years working in both Switzerland and France. He is currently Food and Beverage Manager of the Padma Hotels Group. He lectures and teaches at Atma Jaya University as well as the Trisakti Hospitality University. He is also consultant and trainer to several starred hospitality and food and beverage establishments in Jakarta, Bali and Bandung.

And between them you will spend some time with Chef Nanang making two very saleable chocolate bars; for you to take home.
