ONE DAY GOURMET PRALINE COURSE

You are working as a professional or want to start up a business, and you have want more specialist experience in the world chocolate. This course introduces you into the world of specially designed European style and fusion pralines.

Your Course Menu includes: Techniques of creating pralines by working hands-on with three recipes step by step from start to decoration:

  • Orange Liqueur Praline (moulded)
  • Spicy Mango (cut)
  • Raspberry Praline (piped)

Fee: Rp. 1.750.000,-

Includes, use of apron, lunch on both days, take home all the chocolates you make on both days and the recipes
