Chef Nanang Priatna
Previously Pastry Chef at Hilton, Shangrila, Pullman. Trained in Brussels in Chocolate. Represented Indonesia in Moscow, Vancouver, Singapore. Many awards to his credit.


Chef Pipit Yulianti
Graduate of Singapore SHATEC Institute and worked on pastry in Charcoal Singapore, The Raffles Hotel and Singapore Airport Terminal Services in VIP catering. Gold Medalist for Chocolate at Food Hotel Indonesia 2013,

Hayu Putri Katriana

Graduate of Trisakti School of Tourism, Jakarta. She has had a full year's experience working on pastry at the Grand Hyatt.
