PROFESSIONAL ASSORTMENTS COURSE

You learn, hands-on to make a variety and fun collection of chocolate Ideas. You create bars with assorted infusions, wiggly strips, barks,mendiants, decorative Items and more. A full day fun session

PROFESSIONAL ADVANCED PRALINE

Working with original recipes exclusively for Chocolate school by our Belgian Chef Andy Van den Broeck. Learn techniques that will inspire you to create your own recipes and pralines.

2+ HOUR COURSES

Make trendy things with exclusive recipes: Honey Chocolate macaroons, White Chocolate Parfait and chocolate caramel. Very suitable for hobbyists, groups and home industries.
